There are two levels of users with permission settings in Telemetry Pro

  1. Firm,

  2. Org (Clients)

Firm

Firm User Permissions are managed in the client management console, and none of these count against any bookkeeper or advisor client subscription limits

  • Firm Admins have access to view and manage anything across the firm's users and orgs (clients).

    • They can add or remove any users,

    • create or delete firms,

    • manage which firm users have access to which Orgs (clients)

    • manage data integrations,

    • and create/edit any client plans, users, subscriptions etc...

  • Firm Members only have access to the Org (Clients) that Firm Admins have added them to.

    • Firm Members can act as admin for their assigned client orgs with all the capabilities of Org Admins below

Org

Org (Client) User Permissions are managed within the org and are held to bookkeeper or advisor subscription limits for that org

  • Org Admins have access to the full ERP data insights, to create/update plans, add/remove users, and manage data integrations.

    • You can add one of these for bookkeeper or unlimited for advisor plans.

  • Org Members have access to view plans they've been added to.

    • You can add unlimited of these users for any client on any subscription

    • These users need to be added to specific plans to see the plan and associated data
