Firm members aren't seeing any clients?

If your financial firm has added employees as members, they may need to be added to clients

If your Firm Member has been invited to the system, but does not currently see any clients on log in, they likely need to be added directly to the client orgs.

To do this:

1. Click the three dots next to the client org, under internal owner column

2. Select "Organization Settings" from the menu

3. Click "Add another internal owner" and enter their email address

The Telemetry Client Management Console (CMC) is designed for security. User permissions to manage clients must be explicitly provided unless the user is an Admin.
