In Telemetry Orgs/Clients, Admins have access to all plans and data within a (clients) organization. Members only have access to specific plans set by Admins.

If you're org Member does not see any plans, it is most likely that you need to go into a plan and add them to it.

There are two places within the orgs that you can add new Members.

1. The org Admin Console. This is the best place to remove users or add admins to your overall organization. This is only accessible for admins and accessed via the "gear" icon in the lower left hand of the navigation.

If you have added a user as a Member to the org admin, you need to also add them to the plan you want them to view. Telemetry works this way so you have complete control over the specific data and plans they will have access too.

2. The Plan Page. This is the best place to add new users that you do not want to be admins. When adding users to plans

  1. Click the profile plus icon in the upper right corner

  2. Type in the email address

  3. Select the permission the user will have on the plans. Owners can add more users to the plan, Viewers can only view the plan.
